5th Axis Machining

With our 5th axis capabilities, it enables us to machine highly complex shapes in a single set-up, which ultimately increases productivity by reducing processing and cycle time whilst using just a single CNC programme.

The advantages of 5-axis machines include high precision and accuracy, fast production speeds, fewer machine setups, the ability to produce complex geometries, enhanced surface finishes, and improved drilling processes.

TURN/MILL

Complex machining, such as turning and milling, we can complete all or most of the machining process at once, considerably reducing the product manufacturing process chain.

  • The production auxiliary time caused by the change of loading card is minimized, as is the manufacturing cycle and fixture waiting time, all of which can enhance production efficiency greatly.
