By combining our CNC equipment with specialized rotary fixtures the number of set-ups can be reduced while improving the accuracy and repeatability of part feature locations.
Fastems
Fastems Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS)
Our flexible manufacturing system (FMS) is based on five Mitsubishi MH 500 horizontal machining centre’s with a 72 pallet Fastems automation package. An FMS makes it possible to increase production capacity and machine utilisation through unmanned manufacturing. The system enables us to produce frequent or repeat batches on short lead times.
