Computer-aided-design (CAD) & Computer-aided-manufacture (CAM) allows us to your take your ideas and bring them to life through the creation of CNC programs.

The use of industry leading software to utilise these processes, assists our Engineering Team with the evaluation of best methods and techniques for tool, fixture and program creation.

The adoption of state-of-the-art, 5-axis, CNC machining centres, allows the tools, fixtures and programs to be optimised for increase productivity.

Design Support

Using your 3D models and supported by 2D drawings marked up with critical and/or non-critical features, we can use modelling/programming/simulation software to interrogate the model and produce CNC programs for manufacturing.

This part analysis allows us to potentially offer design-for-manufacture (DFM) which can mean:

  • Reduced Costs – through faster programming times and reduced difficulty in machining.
  • Improved Quality – being able to utilize more efficient tooling & fixturing.
  • Reduced Lead Times – mitigated risk of errors leading to increased prove out times.
