Yes. The Group has a comprehensive, fully documented Business Management System (BMS). It encapsulates all operational aspects of the business from planning and process and extending to marketing, sales and accounting. A copy of the system manual is accessible to all employees, ensuring they can always access information relevant to their role.
The BMS meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 rev D, as well as customer specific quality requirements such as SABRE. As such it is a live system and therefore subject to constant review and revision by all managers and process owners.
Kenard has a highly experienced and skilled team of production and sales engineers. Our team will be able to offer you best practise advice on a wide range of engineering issues, finding ways to help reduce cost and optimise the manufacturing process.
